Below you will find information as well as the application for 2010 Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Phoenix Chapter’s Scholarship. It is for African American young women who are either graduating from high school or community college with plans to attend a four year university. They must be Arizona residents but do not have to matriculate at an in-state university. Although financial need is considered, this is a merit based scholarship. Please feel free to share it with other qualified young ladies. Postmark deadline for the completed application is Friday, March 12, 2010.
